Customs Department.
He also held the
post of Attorney
General in the
Customs Court. He is
a lecturer in IP
Rights and Customs
Legislation.
Dr. Sakher is
the author of a book
entitled “the crime
of smuggling in
light of the Law and
Jurisprudence” and
has authored various
articles and
research papers.
